Creature 1 by pyro-helfier Creature 1 by pyro-helfier
This is a 1:1 Monster Squad Gillman bust from Black Heart Enterprises that I have put together and painted. Sculpted and licensed by Jeremy Bohr and Featured Creatures. This is the first thing I have ever painted with an airbrush- up until now I have always used regular brushes and acrylic craft paints. You can see more pics, including close-ups and various angles at our Facebook page- www.facebook.com/HorrorCustoms in the Gillman album.

The paint job on this is fantastic!  I love it.  I also love the creature from the black lagoon.

OMG! :jardrop: That's incredibly realistic. Excellent quality work! I especially like how you colored the scales, made the teeth look almost translucent, and those EYES! :D

Thank you very much :D  Yes, the back fin and the teeth were made of a clear resin.  Originally I was going to paint the teeth with white first to make them look solid but fish teeth usually have a bit of translucency to them I think, so I just shaded them lightly.  I'm glad you like it!
